SURDIIMORNING
Surdi Morning is a fortnightly coffee morning held in cafes in Brighton and Shoreham-by-Sea. It is an opportunity for people from these towns to meet face to face, socialise and exchange community links in a friendly atmosphere.
SURDIISPACE
Surdi Space regularly organises forums and seminars in BSL. The forums and seminars take place a number of times a year and aim to provide a space for sharing and learning for the deaf community. Topics covered range from education and health to technology and culture.
SURDIIWORKSHOP
Surdi Workshops will start from September 2023. The workshops will be run by deaf people offering valuable opportunities for growth and skill enhancement. Surdi Workshops will bring people together, engage in social learning activities and help to reduce isolation in the community.
SURDIIYOUTH
Surdi Youth is a project planned for the year 2024 for a group of deaf young people aged between 18 and 30. It offers activities, visits, workshops, entertainment and study trips. The project aims to provide a stimulating environment for deaf young people to connect, learn, have fun and expand their horizons.
